Craig Mitch BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards 2018

This year I had the pleasure of hosting the red carpet at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards 2018. I was set a mission by Gary Lineker. To take over the BBC Football (Match of the Day) Instagram story and be the “doorman’ on the night.

This involved me dressing up as a bouncer and questioning the athletes before deciding if I want to let them in or not. Athletes on the carpet included Harry Kane, Tyson Fury, Alex Scott, Mo Farah, Dame Jess Ennis and Gareth Southgate.

Harvey Nichols sent me this dope Tailor Toyo jacket and I said to myself “I have to take a photo in this”. These jackets are inspired by the heritage of japan and were formed during the post war chaos.

The fit and quality on these jackets are top notch. Shout out Harvey Nichols and What We Wear for the ‘fit.

The Wonders Of Craig Mitch | Mini Documentary

Wonder Vision decided to follow my journey, starting with my journey as an online blogger to then becoming a TV Presenter for the Premiere League.
I agreed to do this to help inspire people in any way, shape or form through sharing my experiences.
Thank you to Danny Wonders.

I had the pleasure of being on the front cover of the Life & Style section of The Voice Newspaper. They spoke to me about my rise and how I’ve managed with my first season of Premier League football as a pundit.

Craig Mitch x Dele x Paul Pogba

I had the pleasure of hosting the Predator Launch at the flagship adidas store on oxford street. I did a live Q&A with two of the Premier League’s stand out talents; Dele Alli and Paul Pogba. We then then took part in a series of challenges including a quiz, a steady hand buzzer and a shooting target challenge.

I also had a chat with Dele after for JD Football.

Shout out to adidas.

I spoke to Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp who is also the head coach of the NB Black Out Squad. He broke down the 3 tasks people need to do if they want to break in and impress him.

The end of January means it’s the Mrs’ birthday and every birthday whether it’s hers or mine we make sure we go abroad and visit a new city. The destination of choice this time? Spain (Madrid to be precise). Why the capital? Because we found a sweet deal for 3 days at the ME hotel bang in the middle of the city. I know Spain well. I’ve been Ibiza, Barcelona and Madrid once before but for just a day with adidas. This time I wanted to do some more exploring.

The ME hotel is amazing. I’ve been to the one in London numerous times because they have loads of fashion events there so I knew the one in Madrid would be nice too and it didn’t disappoint. The food, architecture and shops in Madrid are top draw. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great which is normal for January in Spain but it was a real bomber because when I last visited 2 years ago it was 38 degrees (it was August to be fair).
