London Fashion Week 2014 has officially come to end. The most glamourous week in the calender took place at the mecca of fashion, Somerset House (along with surrounding venues) and of course I had to show up with the better half Nada.

It was women’s fashion week so I was on boyfriend duties accompanying Nad to the shows. We sat front at the Gyunel show which was brilliant and 2nd row at the Felder + Felder and Ones To Watch cat walks.

I went for a Zara coat with a fur collar, United Colours of Benetton t-shirt and black Timberland’s. Fur always makes a statement at any venue and is a good way to add an element of excellence to an outfit. Throw that in with some killer Cazal shades and you’re ready to give Diddy a run for his money.

DJ Target x adidas Originals through a special hip-hop themed karaoke night at Under The Bridge in London recently. Loads of individuals from the UK entertainment industry were all under one roof including Charlie Sloth, Bashy, TOWIE’s Jasmin Walia and many more, vibing and having a great time.

Myself and BBC Radio 1Xtra presenter Yasmin Evans decided to do a duet cover of Wretch 32′s smash hit “Traktor” much to the crowds delight. I got into full character and before we knew it, Wretch 32 himself came on stage for the end of the song and the whole venue went crazy.

Disaronno Terrace Launches In London

Last night I attended a completely new music night brought to London by the good folks at DISARONNO. Set against the stunning backdrop of London’s skyline, the night was sound-tracked by a DJ set by Alt J’s Gus and an intimate pre-Glastonbury performance from singer-songwriter Nick Mulvey.

Public figures in attendance included Made In Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh, The Saturday’s Vanessa White, former OC damsel in distress, Mischa Barton and MTV presenter and model Lilah Parsons flocked to the opening night of the DISARONNO Terrace at Platform, Netil House last night.

Although the venue was in London Fields which seems strange for an A Lister event, it was completely chic and the roof top terrace had a real NYC feel to it. There was even a cheeky Photo Booth, a DISARONNO branded cocktail wagon and a stool serving Italian street food.

Craig Mitch Meets TROY Magician

The title of the post is quite misleading because this isn’t the first time we’ve actually met but it is the first time since he changed from Von Majik to Troy. The hilarious thing is since his show went out on E4 everybody has been saying we look alike thanks to our amazing Miguel hair-dos and digestive biscuit coloured skin.

Well a couple days ago we bumped into each other at a music event called Wired which takes place once a month in Shoreditch House. We was even wearing the same ADYN tee so we decided to take a snap to prove we are two different people.

He does magic, I do presenting but we’re both young, fly and ambitious. The End.

Busk The Box Kicks Off In Shoreditch

The first #BuskTheBox kicked off yesterday afternoon at Shoreditch’s renowned Boxpark mall. The music event curated by Acoustic Live UK x EE was a huge success despite the bad weather and I really enjoyed hosting it.

Acts on the bill included Orejime, Ryan Green, Luke Towler, Emma Blakk and Jake Quickenden. The vibe was amazing and having such a prime location meant that passers by couldn’t help but stop and take in the musical surroundings. ADYN clothing gifted me a piece from their latest collection to wear which you can see above.

#BuskTheBox will be running every Sunday for the next 6 months and I will be hosting every fortnight.

Craig Mitch Hosts Acoustic Afternoon | Feb 2014

Last Sunday I hosted yet another Acoustic Afternoon at Box Park and it was eventful to say the least. There were 5 acts on the bill including Twinnie, Fleur, Rashard, La La Land and beat boxer Insenti-T (who was supposed to perform but couldn’t make it because he was stuck in Dubai some how).

This meant that I had to do a lot improvisation on the spot to maintain the crowds attention which involved a poem about why I was late entitled “Train” and the formation of a band on the spot to fill Insenti-T’s missing slot. It all went well in the end much to the audiences delight and all acts delivered stella performances.
