#FilthyFellas Takeover JD Sports For Nike Football X

¬†For those of you who don’t know, I am part of a online football show called #FilthyFellas. Over the last year we have built a strong niche following because of our urban influenced banter when talking about the beautiful game. I also present for JD Football so it made sense that the two come together for the launch of the Nike Magista X boot.

Myself, Poet and Vujanic were asked to do a live version of #FilthyFellas in the flagship JD store on Oxford Street for Nike Football X. Grime veteran Logan Sama not only hosted the event but also span some tunes for the crowd who attended.

Footlocker Black At Fashion Week

Footlocker dropped their black and red collection this summer which featured some of the latest models and garments from some of the biggest sports brands including Nike, Adidas and Vans to name a few. These models came in a variety of all black and all red colour ways which represent the signature colours of the Footlocker brand.

I decided to get my hands on a pair of the all black adidas Tubular Runner S’ and demonstrate how you can wear these super stylish kicks to London Fashion Week. I chose a tan corduroy blazer, a black ribbed turtle neck courtesy of Topman with some COS tapered trousers and threw on the Tubular’s for a casual yet sophisticated look.

Welcome To Spurred On!

A brand new Spurs YouTube channel has launched! Made by fans, for the fans, Spurred On is the epicentre of everything Spurs and the home of original Tottenham Hotspur visuals.

I have joined the channel to bring my passion for Spurs and help build this online Lilly-white community. I kicked things off by hosting a new show called #Spurverts which involves me talking about the things that have most excited me in the world of Spurs. I also did a match preview for the Spurs v Man City game this weekend.

I started my very own YouTube channel in the summer of 2013 and did a couple videos but I never really pushed myself or stayed consistent. In December 2014 I decided to start a YouTube series called #TheHotspot where I talk about all things Tottenham Hotspur.

I’m slowly building up my following and I am planning loads of different types of content (not just football) for my channel. So if you’re into music, fashion or sport and enjoy a laugh be sure to subscribe

Welcome To #TheHotspot

#TheHotspot is a new YouTube series where Hotspur’s can fire questions at the players or me. Each week I’ll upload a clip talking about the latest Spurs results. We drew 1-1 with Burnley in the FA Cup this week and the game wasn’t even streamed which was ridiculous.

Mustard Tee’s and World Cup Blues

With the FIFA World Cup taking place in Brazil this year, the beautiful game has given me mixed emotions. The vibe, culture and overall aesthetics of the Brazilian themed football coverage is perfect. From ITV’s catchy theme song to Gary Lineker’s expert punditry, while the view of Copacabana beach is caught in the distance, this World Cup has so far delivered. So much so, that even I want to wear bright colours to feel involved.

However I can’t seem to shake the disappoint of England’s performance this year. We never really had high expectations because lets face it, we aren’t producing the most talented footballers at the moment but getting out of the group stage has to be the bare minimum. Rooney being played on the left, Gerrard constantly sulking and Defoe being left in Canada to watch via a TV are just some of the things wrong. I could type forever about the faults but instead I’m going to leave it by saying that the World Cup is sponsored by many beverages; Coca-Cola, Budweiser etc. but none of them serve up the cocktail of emotions that the tournament itself delivers.

Wear bright clothes, embrace the summer and watch happily with your loved ones.
